The Café closes for a short period over Christmas, Easter and the Summer – please check the diary on the home page for holiday dates.
Fancy a cup of tea, lunch or just some good company?
The KCM Community Café is run entirely by volunteers and all profits are donated to various good causes selected by our volunteers and customers.
Our aim is to provide a warm and welcoming environment where the local community can meet, chat and enjoy good food at unbeatable prices.
School mornings can be stressful!
Why not unwind with your friends in the Community Café. We are open from 10.45.
Enjoy fine coffee, tea and our legendary home made cakes. We have a children’s’ play area and our “Little Fingers” meal is always a favourite with the young ones.
With research showing that an increasing number of people feel isolated and lonely, our ambition is that the KCM Community Café will provide a safe haven for people to meet friends and enjoy good company.
Come and enjoy a morning coffee, read a newspaper, have a chat or just relax. We also organise occasional general interest talks and demonstrations.
Light lunches are served between 11.30 and 13.30.
Our menu includes a range of freshly made sandwiches, toasties, salads, ploughman’s and much more.
The KCM Community Café is a “not for profit” organisation, run entirely by volunteers.
Profits from the Café are shared between a variety of charities and good causes including a school lunch project in a school in Nakuru, Kenya.
We raise more than £800 / month for charity!
